Rebecca Overview
In Wuthering Waves, Rebecca is a 5-Stars Electro character and uses Pistols during the fight.
Rebecca Mechanism
There are two modes for Rebecca, Rebecca switches modes when she releases her Resonance Skill or Intro Skill :
Green Gun: Huntress mode – Rebecca’s Crit DMG is increased by 30%.
Purple Gun: Guts mode – Rebecca ignores 15% of the enemy’s DEF when dealing damage.
The segmented progress bar above her HP bar is Hot Hands, with a maximum capacity of 120 points. It is green in Huntress mode and red in Guts mode.
Ways to increase it:
· Increases naturally over time, gaining 10 points per second.
· Gains 40 points when releasing an Enhanced Heavy Attack.
When Hot Hands is full, the Resonance Skill icon will light up, but it is not an enhanced Resonance Skill – the skill itself does not change.
This is because when you release a Resonance Skill or Intro Skill while Hot Hands is full, you gain A Girl Gets What She Wants, and Hot Hands enters a continuous consumption state, consuming 10 points per second for 12 seconds. During this period, you cannot gain Hot Hands.
The effect of A Girl Gets What She Wants is to allow Rebecca to simultaneously benefit from the 30% Crit DMG of Huntress mode and the 15% DEF ignore of Guts mode.
The progress bar to the right of the gun is Fervor, with a maximum capacity of 120 points. Fervor is shared between Huntress mode and Guts mode. Basic Attacks and Resonance Skills can generate Fervor. You also gain 50 points when gaining A Girl Gets What She Wants via an Intro Skill. When Fervor is full, you can use an Enhanced Heavy Attack.
Gaining A Girl Gets What She Wants or releasing an Enhanced Heavy Attack increases ATK by 10%, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 12 seconds.
When a character in the team applies Hack-Shifting, Lucy and Rebecca’s Tune Break damage increases. Additionally, when Rebecca releases her Resonance Liberation, the entire team gains 20% ATK for 30 seconds.
Rebecca’s core damage comes from Basic Attack damage. The Enhanced Heavy Attack (which counts as Basic Attack damage) in Huntress mode has a higher multiplier than in Guts mode. Therefore, try to release Enhanced Heavy Attacks while in Huntress mode.
Rebecca’s normal Heavy Attack in Huntress mode is continuous shooting. Therefore, in the rotation described above, if Fervor is not full after landing, simply hold down the Heavy Attack until Fervor is full, then release – the Enhanced Heavy Attack will automatically trigger.
When using the Enhanced Heavy Attack in Huntress mode, you need to land the final hit before using Resonance Liberation; otherwise, you will lose some Concerto energy.
Against highly mobile enemies, Rebecca’s Basic Attacks may have difficulty landing hits. Her Resonance Skill has displacement and relatively better tracking performance. Therefore, you can use her Resonance Skill more often to gain Fervor.

Resonators with Edgerunner Bonds gain 1 stacks of Overlimit every 0.2s, each stack granting 0.5% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, up to 35% (Lucy automatically receives max stacks when her Edgerunner Bonds is active). Switching to another Resonator ends Edgerunner Bonds and Overlimit early.
Lucy can enhance the turret, increasing its DMG Multiplier by 250%, but its on-field duration will be lowered to 4s.
Rebecca Tune Break

Hack – Meltdown
Rebecca Tune Break
When the target’s Off-Tune Level is full, Rebecca can cast Tune Break on the target.

Rebecca Stat Bonus

Rebecca Resonance Chain
S1: Provides a low increase. Stamina is usually not an issue in normal combat anyway.
S2: A team-wide buff Sequence Node. Provides approximately a 5.7% increase for Lucy.
S3: Decent returns. The multiplier increase on the second stage of her Resonance Liberation makes AoE scenarios slightly more consistent. Gaining 120 Hot Hands points from her Intro Skill is somewhat questionable in purpose, because normally, by the time Lucy finishes her rotation and switches to Rebecca, Rebecca will already have full Hot Hands.
S4: Provides a 60% increase to Crit DMG and DEF ignore (multiplied by 1.6).
S5: Minimal boost.
S6: All sources of Basic Attack DMG bonus are gained, including from her signature weapon, Echoes, and Sequence Nodes. The Enhanced Heavy Attack also triggers an additional 900% bonus damage. S6 also has a one-time death save effect, which can trigger once every 10 minutes.

Try Not to Get in the Way!
Rebecca Sequence 1
The DMG Multipliers of the following skills are increased by 50%:
– Basic Attack – Huntress, Heavy Attack – Huntress, Tactical Dodge – Huntress, and Dodge Counter – Huntress
– Basic Attack – Guts, Tactical Dodge – Guts, Dodge Counter – Guts.
When A Girl Gets What She Wants! is triggered, Rebecca gains 3 additional stack of Street Smarts for 12s. Upon performing Tactical Dodge – Huntress or Tactical Dodge – Guts, if Rebecca has sufficient Street Smarts stacks, 1 stack will be consumed to restore 20 STA.
Resonance Liberation BOOM! Fireworks! is immune to interruption.

Oh, Hey Choom!
Rebecca Sequence 2
Casting Intro Skill – Yo, It’s Big Boomin’ Time!, Intro Skill – Hey, Leadhead, Come ‘n’ Get Me!, or Resonance Liberation – Party ’til Dawn! grants 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for all Resonators in the team for 30s.
When Resonators in the team inflict Hack – Shifting, they gain 15% All DMG Amplification for 30s.
Hot Hand regenerates twice as fast when Rebecca is out of combat.

Don’t Sweat Your Six!

Rebecca’s Resonance Liberation – Party ’til Dawn!, and Resonance Liberation – BOOM! Fireworks! gain 60% DMG Multiplier increase.

Rebecca gains an additional 60% Stat Bonus increase from the A Girl Gets What She Wants! effect.

Rebecca Sequence 5
Rebecca gains 20% Basic Attack DMG Bonus for 8s when she inflicts Hack – Shifting.

Maybe, Just Maybe…
Rebecca Sequence 6
Rebecca’s Basic Attack DMG Bonus from every source is increased by 40%.
During Heavy Attack – Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress or Heavy Attack – Bang-bang-bang!: Guts, Rebecca deals an additional instance of Electro DMG equal to 900% of her ATK, considered Basic Attack DMG.
Rebecca recovers an additional 20 points of Hot Hand when she is casting Heavy Attack – Rat-tat-tat!: Huntress or Heavy Attack – Bang-bang-bang!: Guts.
When Rebecca takes a fatal blow, she does not fall to the damage and instead restores fixed 2077 HP for 5 times immediately. This effect is triggered once every 10 min.
When Rebecca stays out of combat for more than 4s, she restores 120 point of Fervor. This effect is triggered once every 4s.

Calcharo
Calcharo primarily uses the enhanced Basic Attack and enhanced Forte Circuit after using Resonance Liberation for damage output. In the series of damage output after using Resonance Liberation, the damage ratio between Resonance Liberation and Basic Attack is approximately 2.2:1. Additionally, the Resonance Skill can be released at intervals, allowing full enjoyment of the permanent five-star weapon’s effects.
After using Resonance Liberation, Calcharo gains a new Basic Attack model. The multiplier for this attack is related to the level of Resonance Liberation, but the main proportion of his damage comes from the “Death Messenger” in Forte Circuit. Resonance Skill can be used during the Liberation period to interrupt Basic Attack combos, quickly generate Forte Circuit Energy, and trigger “Death Messenger”. The main components of his damage output consist of these three elements.
Encore
mong the permanent 5-star Fusion DPS characters, Encore enters an enhanced state and changes attack mode after activating Resonance Liberation. The main source of Encore’s damage comes from Basic Attacks after activating Resonance Liberation, not the Forte Circuit. Additionally, the cooldowns for Encore’s regular Resonance Skill and the enhanced Resonance Skill during Resonance Liberation are independent of each other.
In Encore’s damage output after activating Resonance Liberation, Basic Attack damage accounts for nearly 70%. Choosing Sanhua as a teammate can maximize her damage potential.
Sanhua
Although Sanhua has burst capabilities, the overall damage is not high. In Sanhua’s output cycle, Resonance Skill damage and Resonance Liberation account for approximately 51% and 41%, respectively.
Although Resonance Skill damage is slightly higher, there is a risk of missing in actual combat. Sanhua has a unique Forte Circuit trigger mechanism similar to rhythm games, and hitting enemies can cause a slight time-stopping effect.
Sanhua has the fastest Concerto Energy and Resonance Energy acquisition efficiency in the game, making it the most versatile and best-feeling support in the current version. After using the Intro Skill, Sanhua only needs 3 seconds to fully charge Concerto Energy and trigger QTE, activating the Main DPS for output. Our team composition recommendations for various characters also show Sanhua’s high versatility.
